Promoting the Wellbeing of Vulnerable Children

The goal of this program is to empower orphaned children, children who are victims of conflict, and children from extreme-poverty households in Nepal by providing them with comprehensive access to quality food, housing, education, basic needs, healthcare, advocacy, and economic security. BLSO-USA’s Children’s Program is designed to holistically address the most pressing needs of orphaned children, children who are victims of conflict, and children from extreme-poverty households in Nepal. Our program aims to provide each child we serve with comprehensive access to quality food, housing, education, basic needs, healthcare, advocacy, and economic opportunities. Rather than following the conventional band-aid development model of providing piece-meal support to Nepali children, we are offering comprehensive grassroots solutions that address the root issues of poverty, resource scarcity, and child neglect.
